Great phone, a few drawbacks April 18, 2010

I love this phone. Most folks have already covered its finer points, so I'll just lay out a couple of niggling complaints that I had. First, it's not *quite* as customizable as I had hoped, based on previous Nokia phones; for example you can't set the soft keys to allow you to create a new to-do--you have to click through a couple of menus before you get there. Second, at least with T-mobile, it takes a while to find the network again after, for example, coming out of the subway. Sometimes I actually have to switch it into offline mode and then back to regular again, just to remind it to search for an active network. Finally, the operating system is a little bit uglier than I expected for a Nokia--especially the work mode.

But, like I said, all very minor points that don't take away too much from this being an excellent phone/email device.
